My Cinderella Evening on the Sea

We had a lovely night at our formal dinner ~ felt like Cinderella! Annika and I weren't especially brave in our dining experience ~ we went with the chicken! Although my appetizer was a sliced orange salad with greens and onions and some feta cheese. Annika tried the cold pear soup garnished with cranberries and it was delicious (Yes, I had a taste!) Being French Cuisine Evening, Eric and Benjamin both had shrimp cocktail and escargot. It was a great night out! Ending with a beautiful sunset over Nassau.
